WEEKEND SCHEDULE

Friday, June 12

5:30pm - 7:30pm - Welcome Cocktail Reception 

Four Seasons Hotel 

3900 Wailea Alanui Drive, Wailea, Maui.

 

This will be a great way for everyone to meet as we all arrive for the weekend!

The event will be in the cocktail area and signs will be posted.  Drinks and light hors d’oeuvres will be served.  Afterwards folks can then go on their own for dinner of their choosing.

 

Saturday, June 13

This is an open day to relax, recover from jet lag, explore, and get a tan!  We recommend going on a snorkel trip to Molikini (half day trip) or seeing some sites around Maui!  See The Destination for a list of restaurants and a list of our TOP TEN Favorite Things To Do on Maui!

Sunday, June 14

3:00pm –10pm  Wedding

The location of the wedding is a secret!  Transportation will pick you up at one of two locations:

  • Maui Coast Hotel at 1:45 pm SHARP

  • Four Seasons Hotel at 2:00 pm SHARP

Do not miss the pick up!!  There is no parking at the event and the location is a secret. Transportation back home will be provided at the end of the event.  The journey will take about 40 minutees each way! 

 

Monday, June 15

5pm – 10pm Rehash the Bash luau style BBQ at house: 

Kona Kai Estate - gate code# 1919

2284 S Kihei Road

Kihei, HI 96753

 

BBQ food, with a special surprise event!  (Well we gotta tell you... it’s a Luau with Hula Dancers and Hawaiian Fire show!)  It's best to take a cab or Uber to the house. If you drive, park across the street in the restaurant parking at the Maui Coast Hotel (2259 South Kihei Road, Kihei, Hawaii, HI 96753) because there is limited parking at the house.
